These General Conditions are intended, with the order form, and the other elements referred to therein, to regulate the terms and conditions which will govern the provision of the Online Store Service.

The service consists of providing, through the electronic address www.exaktus.pt, access to the online store which, in addition to providing information on a set and/or services, allows the user, electronically to order the products disclosed therein, under the terms and conditions described herein.

The order of products must be made by users aged 18 or over. The elements and information transmitted by the user will enjoy full legal effect, the user recognizing the electronic purchases, not being able to claim the lack of signature for non-compliance with the obligations assumed.

All orders processed up to 5 pm will be received on the next business day by 6 pm in Portugal.

Shipping is subject to stock shortages and some products require an order from the supplier.
